NEW CONSTRUCTION
Wentzel Electric has worked with several builders to provide quality electrical services. Our
electricians are trained to the highest standards of excellence through a rigorous five-year
apprenticeship program.
Because of our affiliation with NECA-IBEW, our builders have an additional warranty, known as +5
Homeowner's Electrical Protection Plan. This program was originally created as a national extended
warranty program for people who are building a new home. Generally, a home builder will guarantee
their electrical work for one year after construction has been completed. The + 5 Warranty program
extends the homebuilder's warranty for an additional five years.

REMODEL WIRING
Bathrooms, kitchens, basement finishes, garage, you name it- Wentzel Electric will wire it! You can
rest assured that your project will be handled by a professional staff.

SERVICE UPGRADE
Service size requirements for your home will depend on a number of different things. The more
electrical fixtures, appliances, (stoves, ovens, water heaters, dryers), etc that you have in your home
will increases the demand from your panel.
Saunas, spas, and workshops also draw large amounts of electricity. If many of the above mentioned
items are working simultaneously; the electrical service may be inadequate causing the main breaker
to trip. This happens when the flow of current exceeds the safe capacity allotted.

Wentzel Electric can perform an inspection to determine whether or not a service upgrade will benefit
you depending on your future plans of growth and your current electrical capacity.

CEILING FAN INSTALLATION
Wentzel Electric can wire for a new ceiling fan or change out an existing model. If you are at all

GENERATOR INSTALLATION
How long was your power out?
Wentzel Electric offers several options to prevent the headaches that a power failure can bring. We
offer digital portable power for an inexpensive way to keep the necessary items powered for a short
power outage.

Critical Circuit Backup Model Price

You will need to decide if you would like an Automatic Transfer Switch or Manual Transfer Switch
generator.

With a Manual Transfer Switch, when the power goes out, you will need to start your generator and
manually connect it to the transfer switch. You then will switch your house over to generator power.
When the utility power is restored you will need to switch your home back to utility power and turn off
your generator.

With an Automatic Transfer Switch, everything is fully automatic. When the utility goes out, the
transfer switch signals your generator to start. Once the generator is running the transfer switch
automatically connects your business to the generator. When the utility power is restored, the
transfer switch reconnects your business to the utility. Then it will turn off your generator and will
wait patiently for the next power outage.
